The service and who runs it
This site answers questions about life in Korea and sells paid study materials. It is run by the sole proprietor whose details are shown below.
Accounts and sign-in
You need an account to ask questions and to buy: sign in with an email link, Google or Telegram. Keep access to your email and accounts safe. We may restrict access for abuse, such as spam or attempts to get around payment.
Paid services
Prices are in Korean won and include VAT (부가가치세). Paid access opens as soon as you pay and lasts the stated period, at most one year. Buying again while access is running adds a new period that starts when the current one ends. What you get and for how long is shown next to the buy button.
Payment methods
Bank card, KakaoPay, Toss Pay, Naver Pay, or a bank transfer to a one-off account issued for each order, which closes after 3 days. PortOne and NICE Payments process payments; we never see or store card numbers.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't opened the paid content yet.

Liability and law
We work to keep answers accurate, but we are not liable for decisions based on them alone, or for interruptions that aren't our fault. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court the law designates.

질문과 구매를 하려면 계정이 필요하며, 이메일 링크, Google 또는 Telegram으로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 회원은 자신의 이메일과 계정 접근을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 스팸, 결제 우회 시도 등 부정 이용이 확인되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
유료 서비스
가격은 원화로 표시되며 부가가치세가 포함되어 있습니다. 유료 이용권은 결제 즉시 시작되며, 상품마다 표시된 기간(최대 1년) 동안 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용 기간 중 다시 구매하면 현재 기간이 끝나는 날부터 새 기간이 시작됩니다. 제공 내용과 이용 기간은 구매 버튼 옆에 표시됩니다.
결제 수단
신용·체크카드, 카카오페이, 토스페이, 네이버페이, 또는 주문마다 발급되는 1회용 가상계좌로 계좌이체를 할 수 있습니다. 가상계좌는 발급 후 3일이 지나면 닫힙니다. 결제는 포트원(PortOne)과 나이스페이먼츠(NICE)가 처리하며, 사이트는 카드 번호를 보거나 저장하지 않습니다.
청약철회와 환불
구매 후 7일 이내이고 유료 콘텐츠를 열람하지 않았다면 전액 환불됩니다.

답변은 AI가 공식 출처를 바탕으로 초안을 작성하고 사람이 검토합니다. 답변은 참고용 정보이며 법률 자문이 아닙니다. 중요한 결정 전에는 담당 기관이나 전문가에게 확인하시기 바랍니다.
책임의 제한과 준거법
운영자는 답변을 정확하게 유지하도록 노력하지만, 답변만을 근거로 한 결정이나 운영자의 귀책사유 없는 서비스 중단에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 법률이 정하는 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
