This site answers questions about life in Korea: visas, letters and bills, health insurance, work, housing, money and documents. Answers are in Russian and English, and you can ask in any language.

Answers rely on official Korean sources: the immigration service, HiKorea, ministries, NHIS and other agencies. We don't retell or quote news sites.

Artificial intelligence prepares the draft: it searches official websites, quotes them and translates. A person then checks the draft against the sources and publishes it. A checked answer carries a stamp with the check date.

When a rule changes, we re-check the related answers and tell everyone following them.

The site gives reference information, not legal advice. When you need someone to do it for you, paid help is available, and it is always marked.
